the aromen are wonderful, and the servers are pleasant. I would give them both 5 stars. However, the prices for ice are somewhat high. Obviously, the owners can calculate what they want because the people go back. the parts never looked like that. once I get a big one and it's superfluous, while next time it's hardly above the top. sometimes my man and I go at the same time, arrange the same size as each other, and they are not even close.
if I could give this place a 0 star, I would! the people who work there are so rude. it is another price when a certain person works who will move and order the same exactly when I go. they need to work on how to do the customer service properly and not commercial teens who are constantly miserable.
Just visited this Ralph’s for the first time tonight this season. Such nice employees! Great service. Very impressed. Good job hiring and our ices are delicious as usual!!!
