write this well 6 months after the opening. my first impressions were “excellent”. eating was great, service was good, not excellent. but when a new place opens so, there is more and more pain and the entertainment is great. the entertainment remains brilliant, but how many I am disappointed, the service problems seem to be getting worse. not better. last time it took over 20 minutes to take a waiting person our drink order. after another 15 minutes my wife noticed the drinks at the waiting station at the bar and went up and picked them up. the waiter was very friendly, but it seems that they have no experience. and the comments about the bar service are fair. this place lives from the mark on alcohol. the opportunity costs here to be big, I really want this place to be successful: good eating, clean mood, live entertainment, reasonable prices and great specialties. but someone with the power to repair must read the opinions about the service and address them if they want this place as much as I do. I want to hold with them and watch the improvement I am sure will come down as covid winds down.
frau debra they are the best female account managers so far, everything about them is familiar and reliable I regret very much that I first doubted them, but it was because of the bad experience that I have previously faced by the hands of cheating. narr, who call themselves an expert, but thankfully they have proved to me that they do not keep one of them their good work. video bingo is super annoying. it took a long time to order food. not vegan friendly. kartoffeln lubricated like water. no advertised garnitur on **** mary. distract the entire brunch experience. will not be back.
my sister and I enjoyed our dinners and drinks. our server, ben was very nice. that was delicious. we'll go back.
