The food was home cooked, hot and delicious! The portions were large and the wait staff was very friendly. We have to come back because there were so many items that are good Texas staples that we had a hard time choosing just one entree. Note: they only accept cash or checks, no credit or debit cards. They do have an ATM in the vestibule if you need one.
The staff has always been friendly each time we have visited. We like that this business seems to hire local people that are embedded in the community. Food always tastes like 'grandma 's cooking ' if you are looking for that Texas comfort food.
Always come with a big size group. Always accommodating. Good food. Large quantity. Quick service. Kind servers. Cash only. ATM in restaurant to get cash if needed. We always come here. Recommend!
Waitress was friendly and service was quick. Very reasonable on price. Only draw back was water had a musty taste.
