What happened to this place. There used to be great kids working there, friendly fast happy. The last two times I have been there I noticed as if one of the employees has her kids there or multiple family members and Continued interaction between them. The bin of chicken was empty I didn't see any chicken on the grill there was only one person making burritos and he had quite a lengthy order. I was standing in line looking around no one acknowledged me. These other two employees were talking amongst each other and kids were running around it was just a strange vibe I felt like I was invisible in that store and I just slowly walked out and no one said a thing. This place will go out of business.
I can say a lot about my experience. All I can say is that it was GREAT !!!! They only had one young lady working. She was making orders and ringing customers up. I mean she was patient and diligent and very professional. She knocked out the line that they had with no attitude or problem. I had to give her a $30 tip. See at the Merrillville location that same situation would have went all wrong, because the workers are not professional at all and they give you major attitude. I will never go back to the Merrillville location. Highland is the Best.

My first time there, I walked in with one person ahead of me. There was no one up front and we were never acknowledged at all. The restaurant was empty, and there was food and sauce spilled all over the serving station. The staff was too busy in the back shuffling around. Perhaps there was a huge rush prior to my entering, but it was enough for me to walk right on out.
