Pylos San Carlos

It pains me to write this review. I ordered Moussaka which is described on the menu as "layers of lightly sautéed eggplant, zucchini and potato baked in a clay dish with aromatic ground meat sauce and béchamel". I received something constructed as follows: bottom layer of potatoes, and then several layers of different varieties of squash and zucchini, all almost raw and covered with some sort of cheese. There was no eggplant, none, there was no ground meat sauce, none, zilch, zero totally not edible, we dont know what this is, but it is not Moussaka, horribly disappointing. I request a refund.

Had the Pylos Gyro Plate. Generally good taste, but Gyros is unfortunatey just cheap minced meat and not proper layered meat which why I will not order again. Tzatziki is too thin and too littly. Olive oil is a nice bonus but I rather had more Tzatziki instead.

The Mikri Pikilia were phenomenal, unfortunately I didnt enjoy the taste of the Pastitsio as much. Quality and packaging were good tho.

Great olive spread and hummus. Chicken souvlaki is also very good.

Moussaka was so undercooked that it was not edible
