I was with friends on a glass drink in the puro in dresden yesterday. for me the first and last time. there were 3 tables occupied and there were 3 waiters. Nevertheless, one had to get the drinks at the bar, because the waiters didn't care if one is thirsty or not. the food lasted for the number of guests. moreover it has taken 30 min to a waiter on the idea has come the empty dirty slender from the table to clear. I put it myself together because it was getting me crazy. to say that they've been walking past us all the time, but nobody has been watching us. the service was really catastrophic and of special ease can also not talk. eating was also rather mediocre. about half 10 nights (in summer no time) we were the last table. actually we wanted to take a last drink but there came also our waitress, which we had not seen all night and said forsch: "They want the bill" - that was then the smack at the highest level. never again!
my friend talked about a drink and salad in the puro at the beautiful summer evening, despite several times poor service experience. drinks ordered at the bar and were delivered fixed. unfortunately the bon for two salads with chicken did not come to the kitchen. after hungry 35 min, after another 10 min came the info forgot with the question which salate it was. ins puro you go to get relaxed location, sun and good service and therefore also pays a certain bonus - this at least the service has long not earned anymore.
the location was very nice earlier, but has come very strong in the years. the cushions in the loungesesseln are sometimes so dirty that you don't want to get in there. the service is very strong in need of improvement, the quality of the food at best average. conclusion: a visit is not worth it.
cool location on the elbe. eating was very good. you feel like being in mallorca or ibiza, the dj makes mood just a great atmosphere! highly recommended!
