Proof on Main is nested in the 21c Museum and Hotel in downtown Louisville, and definitely a place to stop if you decide to visit the area.
We were in town from Chicago and looking for a nice anniversary spotAfter recs from friends I made reservations at Proof on Main.
I think they were short-staffed. Waitress was frazzled...food was okay.
