I didn't have any specific expectations when I went to Prickynoo. From the outside it does not look particularly appealing but overall I was quite positively surprised. The food is really good and served in generous portions. As often in Asian restaurants, you might feel a bit overwhelmed by the number of dishes offered. My main dish was really good, I was a bit less impressed with the spring rolls.Otherwise, the service is fine. The kitchen could be more isolated from the dining room. It's nice to see the cooks preparing the food, but it does smell a bit (you won't notice it after a while). The Prickynoo has the right balance : It is much better than your average Thai joint and much cheaper than the premium Sila thai.

We tried restaurants in the Altstadt the first two nights in Dusseldorf and wanted to focus on the quality of the food and not the atmosphere for the third. This place really fit the bill! Great, fresh tasting Thai food! I ordered spring rolls and a green fish curry, both of which were delicious! I would definitely eat here again! The restaurant is a 5-10 minute walk off the train, so it's a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the walk. There's a nice cathedral along he way, which was an added bonus for the trip.

This is a great place to go after work on a weeknight. Prices are good and service is pretty fast. I am in Thailand alot and find myself craving real Thai food often. So I come here alot to get that fix. You just have to let the servers know that you want "thai style" so extra spicy, extra cilantro, extra fish sauce. On fridays getting a table can be tough.

We had an excellent lunch at a very reasonable price with a great variety. The service was friendly and make sure that you know how spicy you want to eat. Was definitely one of the most authentic meals I have eaten.
