General I was the first time at Poseidon in Roith for lunch today. Service We were around approx. 13.00 the only guests; the operation had not so much to do. All in all very friendly and striving. He made us aware that food would take some more time, as no guests were there. At the end he offered us an ouzo, which is no longer self-evident. The food We have eaten Gyros-Calamari twice and once Gyros with Pommes eaten from the lunch card. This is very clear, but it doesn't matter. As an appetizer, there was a small supplemental salad that was all right. The food was very fresh, the meat was overcrowded or tough, as I have already experienced in other restaurants. The rice that was served as a supplement was also good; even the pommes were not too soft and not too hard only of the amount of the Calamari we were somewhat disappointed as it was, 'only' two pieces. All in all, the food was very solid, typical lunch menu I would say; also the price of 28€ for three dishes and three drinks is in my opinion in order The ambience We sat in the garden, which is very beautifully designed with several chestnuts. A bit the atmosphere is disturbed by the traffic noise, as the B8 lies directly in front of the restaurant. But it was tried to overtone the noise with Greek music, which was also quite successful.
