Port Of Subs - Table reservation

Had the Italian sub and was just what I needed. The service was really great. I said I’d never been to a port of subs before and she explained all their products. She was just a delight. She went above and beyond. Go eat enjoy you won’t be disappointed. It’s right across from Chandler Hospital easy parking quick in and out. I will return and start working my way through the whole menu ?. They’re also helping with operation hydration for every one who is in need. So clearly run by a community minded corporation.

The sandwiches we received (Large) had but two slices of thin meat and one paper thin slice of cheese throughout the entire sandwich. Over $20 for 2, we could have done better at Walmart's deli, at $6.99 each! They're response to me was they would be addressing with their store staff. Nothing about customer satisfaction. Still being nice about the rating. Staff was friendly and polite. Store was clean. The food was fresh, the portion was a ripoff. Not returning to a non remorseful chain store.

I LOVE PORT OF SUBS, but the Frye location is VERY difficult. I have been there several times and I get shorthanded each time. Nobody there speaks English and it's like talking to 3 owls that just stare at you when you ask for something. I drive up from Casa Grande just to be frustrated when dealing with these family members! I guess I will have to drive further to the Val Vista location instead..

It's my 1st time here I work at the hospital across the street. I wanted something different besides cafeteria food came to port subs. It is delicious had the number 1 staff is friendly definitely coming back

Employees ran out to close the store early instead of serving. Won't be going back.
