Poppys Italiano is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. All meals are served with garlic bread together with a selection of soup or salad (their selection of soup were today homemade mushroom or pasta Fagioli). The garlic bread here is delicious, it is served hot and crispy and is covered with high quality olive oil and fresh garlic. Their salads are quite simple, but their homemade dressings are excellent. I ordered Blue Cheese Dressing and it was served cold and tangy and full of large pieces of crispy Blue Cheese. We ordered sourage pepper as well as their pasta combo, (lasagna, cannelloni, meat filled ravioli and baked ziti in marinara sauce baked under a blanket of cheese). Poppys Marinara sauce is one of my favorites... it is a little sweet, (not too much), and is always bright and fresh. Her Sausage Peppers is one of the best around... her sausage has a nice bite that works very well with the sweetness of freshly cooked onions and peppers. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge (preparing to have residues for another meal or two). We always have amazing meals here and make a point to stop when in the area. Very recommended!
I can?t wait to come back to Poppy?s! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and left more than pleased by our experience. Our waiter Austin had amazing customer service skills and professionalism. The pasta dishes we enjoyed were fresh and flavorful! The atmosphere was relaxing.
I love this place, it became one of my favorite restaurant, I love their food especially my favorite caamaari, aubergines parmigiana and tiramisu. The place is not big, but has a good ambience. Can I wait to return?
Absolutely delicious. Chicken a la pink and pasta with sausage and pepper. Yummy soup. Bread .. wonderful service by Malek very friendly and professional.. will be back!love poppy?s
