I love Popeye's chicken and have been coming to this location for years. Last month a glitch in their online ordering caused a significant issue with my order. In the hopes of fixing said issue, I spoke to the manager on duty and was met with the most apathetic attitude I've ever seen from someone in such a position. I provided feedback on their website and requested to be contacted regarding this issue. As of now (a month later) no one has reached out. Until/unless this changes, they have lost a regular customer and this review will stand.
They are very attentive and the guys at the window are very attentive to what people ask of them, I have also entered the lobby to buy food and they are quite fast, they always deliver the food fresh and it is very delicious, I AM A VERY FAN OF THAT PLACE
The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly. I ate inside and the place was clean and comfortable.
Sometimes service is great and sometimes not so hot. The last time was a great experience
