Whole night shift needs replaced. The Haitian girl with red lipstick needs to be replaced. The gentlemen needs to be replaced in the front. Your here to do a job and I paid for my food online for drive thru pickup. Was told to park and they would bring it out. First red flag. Waited 15 mins 2 others cars walked in and got food came right back out drive thru was not busy no cars in line and when a car pulled up they pulled off so there was no wait apparently THAT WAS THE SECOND RED FLAG so go inside and my food is sitting on the counter ????? Just sitting there????. Why??? I don't care to even explain how this ended and what they were doing when I went in. Let's just say this location is not what it used to be. The food is not cheap and my time is priceless. When I pay for food in advance and I opt for picking up. I expect service that adhere to proper standards and people need to start being held accountable. What if I was disabled and couldn't get out my car to get my food??? I would still be outside trying to patiently wait in my car because let's be honest who really wants to be that person causing a scene but the whole situation was ridiculous and I will be calling to speak with the manager on Monday. Since there's never a manager on duty when u ask. Only shift leaders who are normally part of the problem not solution .
I've been here several times. probably had well roasted huh twice. this time was the last time. burning chicken with too many feathers. I asked for new, same problems. I had a hard time to identify what was part of what the coating was so uneven. I took it a second time, said it was 15 minutes. also offered a refund for which I decided. it's a shame because I've made love fried chicken right. I refuse to pay almost $20 for a four-part insensitive box of chaos. Guess it's back to publix
I love eating over there, but the service is annoying. I feel like the employees don't want to be there and they treat everyone so badly. I have prayed so often there and they have never missed my sides so often. So I started to go on the drive thru and it is the same. bad service. I love her buttermilk ranch and even if I ask for it, they never give it to me. Sometimes I have to go in to get my order. misses the side, dressing false or drinking. it's a nightmare
I ordered a chicken sandwich without a pickle, side of the fries and 5 pieces offers. I loaded chicken sandwich with pickles. tested like pickle juice. no pommes, has cole Slav. and no offers. Give me a bone wing
