still a must-see address at the end of the famous avenue des vosges or is hosting this brewery taken over a few decades ago, known to local gastronomes (old of zuem ysehuet in the wonderful and professional years. She had not come alone and her faithful hotel master, perfect and precise in her role, ambroise, watch the good match of the room has the overyear decoration that brings us back to the time of local breweries and has a moment of well being. This reminds us that this type of place becomes rare and therefore precious. Note the presence from the spring of a small intimate terrace sheltered from the curious open for lunch and dinner. The menu unfolds classic dishes that are very successful and suggestions, greedy and changing, that one will enjoy with a good wine (the choice is limited but of quality leaving the place beautiful to the Alsace).
