The food at this restaurant is good, but there were several mixups and delays with no attempt to fix them. We placed our order at 5 pm and were told it would be ready in an hour. However, by 8 pm we still hadn't received our food. After trying to call them multiple times, we were informed that our order hadn't even been made and wouldn't be ready until around 9 pm. They did offer us a free soda for the inconvenience, but we don't even drink soda. It seems like dealing with this place is always a mess. This seems to be a recurring issue at many places where the oldest employee or person in charge is only 16 years old. UPDATE: To make up for forgetting our dessert, they sent one that was covered in mold. Not appetizing at all.
My wife and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant, and everything was going smoothly until the waitress started arguing with me about the mushrooms in my pasta. I had asked for no mushrooms, but there was a lot of them in my dish. Instead of just fixing the mistake, the waitress argued with me about the onions. She was rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Do not bother telling the staff if you are unhappy with their food.
This is my favorite restaurant. Out of all the restaurants I know, this one is my top choice. I always make sure to visit whenever I can. Whenever I crave a delicious meal, this is the first place that comes to mind. The food is exceptional, the staff is well-trained and friendly, and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. And to top it off, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place without a doubt.
The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Liked as they used long pasta instead of plastic straw. My only observation was the kitchen a little slow to get out any course. We weren't too much, so it's not the reason. Maybe it was just a free day. But everything else was excellent.
