We were welcomed into Poco Loco and shown to our socially distanced table. Dedicated staff whose only responsibility was to clear and sanitise the tables reassured us during covid times. Great selection of cocktails, great value at for The drinks came out and looked the part. If this place was in central London the drinks would have easily been twice the price! Maybe could have had a bit more day of the dead skull theme to the room. We went quite early in evening so may have come alive later on. Ordered tapas and paella which came out well presented and you could tell pride and love were poured into it. Couple more cocktails for dessert finished the evening off perfectly. Can't wait to return again soon.
On arriving we did not find the restaurant too appealing and were actually thinking about leaving, but Megan was so welcoming and friendly we finally decided to give this place a chance. And I am so happy we did.We were shown to a cosier sitting area and nothing was too much trouble for her. Megan absolutely went for the extra mile not only once, but continuously which made us feel really welcomed she’s an asset to this place.:)The food was really nice, loved the warm bread and the olives. The chorizo and the taco was super tasty compliments to the chef!
Went to poco loco today for the first time, I’m not one for Mexican food at all but the food was on another level of amazing. So fresh and full of flavour.
