We had the Ristorante Pulcinella four on 21. April 2018 at a trip to Lake Constance for dinner around approx. 6:00. We wanted to make it really good and make a delicious menu with appropriate wines. After the food was ordered, I asked for the wine card and first looked for a reasonable white wine. Unfortunately, this wine was no longer to have, and another one was not. This was founded with the conversion of the current wine map, and so I was dependent on the advice of the service to find a suitable wine. After all, the cartridge came close to our table and made the service she is probably the girlfriend or woman loud and wildly gesticulating clear that she could not use so much time for a table. In this way, I completely dumped a middle class restaurant that is better suited for chord work on the conveyor belt. After searching for the cartridge to complain about his behaviour, we had not only ordered a glass of mineral water, but we had to rely on professional advice, this could not even be German to express my complaint. All he said was pace, pace (what time is Italian), and he pointed quite aggressively and hectic at his watch. Even with a very good quality of the kitchen, such behavior is unacceptable, but there was also much to complain about quality. The appetizer was quite neat (Carpaccio di vitello), the main course was everything worse: filled dough bags as a finished product still fresh... Truffles and mushrooms were as little to taste as the alleged sage butter. The answer to this complaint was: We serve quality, not quantity! A beautiful sentence that unfortunately does not correspond to the truth. I could only answer that I hadn't tasted the quality. After this culinary debacle, the desire for a dessert and also for further drinks had completely lost us, and we wanted to leave this place of gastronomic terror as soon as possible. My conclusion: Never again... and my advice on the cartridge: Anyone who wants to be responsible for an operation in Germany should first master the corresponding national language and work customer-friendly! And it also proves once again that a qualification for a work on the conveyor belt is far enough for a service-oriented work in gastronomy, because there you should take time for the guest and not consider every minute to compare the conveyor belt work.
