I was looking for a pizzeria-fast food in Palmanova near my home in google in google-restaurant guru-tripadvisor. We saw fotos and videos. Conclusion: Normally an artisan pizza maker uses the hat, apron, gloves when kneading the pizza dough and also when cook the pizza. The chef doesn`t have any of that, wear jeans. And more if the video was taken after the lockdown for covid, the mask is missing. The dough kneading machine it`s on the floor( AND THAT ISN`T LONGER SANITARY NORMAL)and looks like new unused. It`s just a sample only for the video montage or you make the daily dough on the pavement? It doesn`t weigh the pizza dough, his pizzas will not be all the same, it shows a lack of precision. No typical of a true professional. Near the machine he has broom, shovel and who knows what else at his point. I would like to believe that the master pizza chef doesn`t make the daily pizza dough under those unsanitary conditions that it was only an unreal staging montage to show what isn`t reality. The experienced master chef will have the notions of production raw products in his facilities especially in times covid? Well watching again the video 6 photos I have my serious doubts. It`s an amateur video or ist the daily unprofessional amateur reality in this pizzeria. I don`t feel very confident.
