We ordered online and made special requests... since we paid with Pay Pal, we didn't receive a refund because the special requests weren't included upon delivery. And I was told it was stored online... but it wasn't anymore when I ordered again no one knew anything about it... that's why there's only one star because my food wasn't delivered as ordered and I also paid more for no fault of my own. My tip to everyone is never to pay with Paypal or pay in advance if you order via Lieferando and always check whether all the ingredients are included before you spend cash. We are no longer ordering due to the non-refundable cost.
