Absolute wickedness. We've been waiting for our order for over 2 hours. The indication according to Deliveryando was 25-45 minutes. After we called after 90 minutes to inquire about the stand we were also lied to. It was said that the driver was already on the road (distance to us 10 minutes, that was also his statement about the arrival). I don't know when the food comes, but wait another 30 minutes after the call. So if you're hungry, maybe you should order somewhere else. Perhaps the food may taste that we unfortunately do not know, but the delivery service is a catastrophe. After 140 minutes, the food finally arrived. We ordered a pizza and two pasta dishes. With the money, you could have done other things. At high energy prices, for example, can burn in the fireplace. The pizza was very dry and the noodles get better even at home and even though I can't cook at all. Well, noodles should everyone go, you should think. As compensation, however, we were suddenly “gifted” very dry pizza rolls.
After over 35 orders distributed over 1 1/2 years, I can say that the pizza was always super tasty and we never had anything to complain about, 5 stars. Even the driver was always super friendly with us even if he didn't receive a trin fee. so also here top. Five stars. Now comes the big but, from 35 orders via lieferando, unfortunately, over 20 orders have come at least 30 minutes and a few a few partly 1 hour late... which we initially ignored due to the delicious food as well as the price. The delivery time is unfortunately a smooth 6 Also it has never been apologised for that it takes so long, although we had ordered so often there. Unfortunately, this is very bad and hopefully will change in the future because then I also give the full 5 stars because then they deserve it.
I ordered the food via Deliveryando. It was super delicious. The Aoli seems to be homemade and tastes very good. The spaghetti with garlic, peperoni and olive oil were delicious. Perfectly tuned-the were not a bit too oily as you sometimes know from other suppliers. Excellent! And the driver was great and very friendly!
Very good pizza and stuffed pizza rolls but you also have to emphasize again how fresh and fluffy are the normal pizza rolls. On request even once Cabonara made for us although it was not on the lunch card.
