I am going to this place for years and was always very happy with the food and the service.But yesterday I went and paid by credit card. The person handed me over the machine to pay by card and determined without my consent 18% tips, what I think is even illegal. He did that, and explained what I have to do, if I don’t want to leave tips. In order to do so, I have to get the machine to decide myself, not give it to me just to tap it.Very disappointed. Will not go back.
The staff doesn’t wear gloves. Its very unhygienic and when we complained the store responsible responded in a very mean way. They didn’t even accept their fault and insulted us in return. He also said it’s not important or obligatory to wear gloves.
