Pizza Hut Tillsonburg

I have mixed feelings about this place, we find eating inconsistent. sometimes eating is fantastic, others paint them get our order not right or the crust is understated. several paintings we have now gone through the online ordering process, selected all our foods and adapted as we want to get on the payment screen and a pop-up that this location is closed if it is not. if they call the load to order the order we are told that they have too many orders, the waiting time would be over 45 minutes so that they simply do not accept any more accusations. they also have no self-delivery, but rely on a taxi service that often leads to longer delivery times. pizza hat is a pricier option in the city, but they have good food when they are made right when they take their order.

Forgot a few wings with my order and they tried calling multiple times, didn’t think about it, and next time she remembered me and promptly gave me a free medium pizza coupon. Amazing customer service!! And to me it’s my favourite go to fast food pizza!! Sure, there’s your mon and pops, but sometimes you just gotta savour The Hut!!!

I called to order, they can't talk to someone. the message says that we experience a higher, then normal, call volume, and hangs on it. good eating good people, but their system is broken
