I give it a star because I can't give it a 0. Disastrous deal. I placed a delivery order at 9 or so at night and it was 11 and nothing had arrived yet. I called customer service and they lied to me, trying to excuse themselves by saying that the order had not been sent due to a problem in the app. Even so, they had charged me for the order and after complaining they told me that they could not refund the money until 48 or 72 hours later. But as if that weren't enough, at 12 the delivery man shows up with the pizzas that I obviously returned. I have already filed a claim/complaint for poor service and deceptive and abusive treatment.
I ordered a gluten-free cheese pizza and it came charred. They changed it for me without any problem, after obviously checking that it was burned. They brought me the same one in the same condition and they gave me my money back. They have been correct, but I will not return to this establishment again. The cashier worker apologized to me, but when I asked for the manager, no one came out. A shame, I love this brand.
We were 3 people and to start a school and drink for €8.50 it only came with 2 ingredients so we decided to take the 10 euro one. We started with 1 family and then they gave us 1 medium. It is intolerable that you pay 10 euros and for 3 people they give you 1 medium every 30 minutes from the moment you order it. I go to Dominoes Pizza with 5 workers making the pizza and you have it in 7 minutes.
A real shame, they charge for the pizza, at delivery time they call you and tell you that the order has been canceled and that if you want to receive it you have to pay again... I understand that a problem or error arises, But having the client pay for their mistakes is the first time it has happened to me. I do not recommend it.
