if I can give zero stars, I and I would not say that this is basic or dramatic, but it makes me order livid about the phone, they talk to the direct hired, to the location, then it is said that there is no order under my name or phone number. when I asked if the number I called was correct, I was told that it was. So I ask again how possible it is that my order is not to be found and that I instead called a call center, so I believe that the call center would be aware of the location that I call directly independent and should direct my order there. I was told by the coworker “Oh I don’t know” practically there is nothing I can do yet ready to my personal opinion. the worst part of the service does not get at least one simple I regret the inconvenience. nothing. the service is over terrible and disappointing. I was told that I was to order from papa johns, but I refused because of my dear to pizza hat and her filled crust, but that has left acid taste now.
just two stars, I got a great pizza here last time and then I got it. I ordered a large pancake cruste pfefferoni with extra cheese. this is not the right type of crust (or it was absolutely dreadful,) the discs were completely confused, I had a cold bite, and more than a few lukewarm too. I looked at the reviews and decided against the numerous negative reviews. I gave him a $5 drink, no matter what. There is no reasonable excuse for that. I will not eat there again after I saw and ate this tragicedie of a pizza. make you like one and get them or eat from another pizza hat.
eating is overcooked. eating cold. missing items. ordered delivery and only ready to reimburse or replace the objects, unless we bring back physical objects. the point of delivery is because we have a party with children. we can't leave children or load a few children absolutely ridiculous.
No recommended. Ordered, a large 3$10 and a stuffed crust hand made for both. But instead I get Thin ‘N crispy for both. Totally disappointed of the service as well as the taste of the pizza. This location doesn’t how make a real Pizza Hut taste anymore.
