Pizza Hut - Table reservation

Door dash delivers for them since they have no delivery drivers. The girl from Doordash was very rude she left my sauces out even tho she told me that they were inside the box. When i brought it to her attention. She passed the buck and said oh well you have to complain within the app . I only live like a mile from the store. She basically said it wasn't her problem. So i called the store to speak to the manager. Not sure of her name but she was absolutely awesome. She re-made the entire order and brought it out herself. Thats why i give them 4 1/2 stars for the quality of their customer service alone. What Doordash messed up she more than made up for. Excellent job for the woman manager that was working approx 8pm Friday evening

second time I ordered from this pizza hat and never got my order, for the first time when my order didn't arrive, I called the load, but the load had already closed when I called them the next day they said they didn't have a driver to deliver my order so they just canceled it. this last order very similar to the same situation, I placed an order online, received notification my order was in process but two hours later it had not been delivered yet. When I called him, I was told that my food was still there and had not been picked up by the driver. when I asked why they not only notified me their answer, “we do not”. I will not eat or order in future from this pizza hat.

when they call them, someone in another country answers the phone and leads them to them where the line is always busy. tried 6 times .to little cesar’s

I and my family love this place, I had hardly ever had any problems with eating that we order, thank you for the happiness hat
