Pizza Hut - Table reservation

we went to my sons birthday, and somehow a pizza did not make it with the others on the table until the rest of the group was finished, as always there was no need to complain, as our server went directly to management, which immediately came to tell us that this article would be taken out of the bill. customer service best, thank you

great service. they made a mistake on my pizza today, but I didn't complain. they contacted me as a friendly call and when I informed them they sent a new pizza round. a* service and delicious pizza. thank you.
