Pizza Express Banstead

recently booked the place for a child make their own pizza party. it was a great experience. the party host was very good with the children and made it very interactiw. both the children and the parents enjoyed it. the host was quite hard working and managed most working on his own and little supported by the other employees. the restaurant added service fees over the entire bill, which was somewhat surprising as the input clearly mentioned that service fees are added when tables of 7 and more “adults” and this was a child party. there was no adult table that was used to do this, although we demanded a few fresh plates/coups for water and cake/pizza for the parents. not enough plates/cutlery were provided. my feedback to the branch manager is not to add service fees to the party part of the child. this allows customers to properly add the gratitude for the host. once again the host has made a good job.

We were warmly greeted by the staff at this restaurant on a very cold night. The restaurant looked festive and bright with the Christmas decorations. I was delighted to find they served pink Prosecco, my companion had the white. We both ordered lasagne and it was served freshly cooked and was delicious. All the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the evening and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.

pizza express banstead always takes care of us! we have very rare negative experiences here, and if we sort them there where they can make the toilet situation a bit hit and miss, but the restaurant itself is clean and the service is always good I recommend the prosciutto and mozzarella salat

the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the food is very well included the salatbar the restaurant was kept very clean. beautiful atmosphere.
