We have been regular visitors to this takeaway for best part of three years now and have never had a single thing to complain about, up until last night. It wasn 't a massive complaint, just that they had missed the cheese off our order and also that the chips and some of the doner meat was cold. Thinking that as we have been regular customers for a long time this might not be an issue, they would just maybe bring us fresh food even if we had to wait a bit, i 'd have been happy with that. Instead I was greeted with the rudest response ever to my phone call. Firstly a long winded reason why they had missed the cheese off. We ordered on their website and no where on there when you order kebab and chips is there an option to add cheese so as we had done a few times before we put this in the additional comments box. Apparently the option to add cheese is not linked to the item you order but you have to go into the side orders area of the menu and add it on from there?! Plus they were really busy and didn 't have time to read additional comments on the orders.....what 's the point in having the box there then? That aside my next issue was that the food was cold, and their response was it 's not cold, I did it myself so it can 't be cold .....it was cold and if you think good customer service is calling your regulars liars then you need to sort yourselves out. Those chips had not come out of a fryer and gone straight into that tray, they were dried up and cold and had been sat in some kind of warmer for a while before they came to my house I don 't ever appreciate being called a liar, and the service we got last night was shocking so my advice would be to stay well clear. They are great, as long as you don 't complain, if you do complain expect to be greeted with a rude response and no resolution to your issue We won 't be returning
