We ordered the salmon chicken box that was suppose to be a sharer, we phoned twice and they told us to order via the web site as there was discount .we we tried the web site it was not allowing us to do so ,...so we phoned back for help both male and female were not interested in taking our order ,55 minutes later the food arrived at the door in a small box and look warm and most of the items were burnt . The food presentation was poor and definitely not for 2 people and not worth £21.00 ,we will not be recommending this takeaway to friends or family ever again !!
We waited over two hours for our delivery. When we rang to enquire the staff put the phone down and then the manager told me it takes time to make fresh food. I totally agree but why advertise that the food will be delivered in...an hour. Such a shame that the service is so shocking as the food was actually really nice!
I and my friend ordered the food and it took almost 3 hours to deliver, despite 10 minutes away. not only that it was delivered hours late, we received the wrong order. I'm overly impressed and I'm not going to get away. order here again. I don't recommend it.
they can simply say that this place absolutely cares about eating, could not my meal to all mistakes. excellent deep of aromen and fun to eat. will be reordered from here and try more of the menu.
