"That's one of my favorite bars. Great drinks and great staff. Super cool story to be a former mortuary. Celeste is the best!!!"

The pine box is one of my go-to bars in the neighborhood! It is a rebuilt mortgage transformed into a bar that makes it an interesting place to bring visitors. There are still elements of the morgue left, including pillars of the front, arched seats, organ and seat. I usually order the pizzas that all have great morgue themed pun names. You can pints from local beers and other drinks at the bar and food via a QR code on the table. On the weekdays I visited, there are many seats and also space for days with warmer weather. Service was also fast and friendly in my experience!

Rude young female bartenders with the glasses made rude comments about our top as we went after we already begin unfriendly and rude with us. She claimed to be the manager, but that's doubtful. Tip P. was marked on the reception as a server, but not sure if that is it. Used to enjoy this place, but difficult to get back after such unnecessary attitude and lack of customer service. Has not been welcomed by this server as a person of color.

Pine Box is a very cool bar located in an old church. The tap list is epic and the food is cheap and huge. I saw that had a mai tai tap cocktail and decided to order it. Unfortunately, it was so sweet it was totally undrinkable. Worst tap cocktail I've had. It was a fun spot, though. Next time I'll stick to beer.

Chill vibe, friendly staff, affordable drinks. I like that they have booths. Also y'all they weren't just a church, they were a mortuary . Cool history on their website y'all. I got the boochcraft, it was tasty as heck.
