This restaurant seems to rate high in trip adviser. I am unsure why? Most people ordered pizzas. I ordered a beef carpaccio which was over powered by pouring balsamic vinegar over the dish. I tried the spaghetti seafood. I understand we are not near the sea but really two prawns three clans and a few mussels with some tin seafood is not acceptable. The salads were fresh but again floating in a bowl of balsamic. I think that people are rating this restaurant more highly because it is family owned and been in Metzingen for a long time. Very disappointed overall.
Wonderfully made homey Italian food. Ever since we found it we've been going there more often. The staff is super friendly and eager to bring you the best, Signore Pascuale is very sweet and he can always recommend good wines. The food is decently priced and very good the next day. All our family and friends know this place and truly enjoy it.
Nice ambiance, local people and family from Salerno runs the restaurant. Food is very well prepared, but ask it the Italian way (not germanized).
