Phở Vu - Table reservation

Pho Vu is a very tasty place to serve a fast, fast no Frills meal. I always enjoy the same dish and it never fails. The location is quite easy to reach and there are many parking spaces. Customer service is friendly and fast. I can't say that this would be a romantic food away or a place to enjoy the company of friends as the service is so fast and efficient. I would recommend as a fast bite and for some very good food.

The small special pho shells (to release the meatballs) were not so generous with the broth and much too much noodles, which finally softened the broth. The broth itself was good, but not the best I had. We also had a summer roll, the sauce was a bit to peanut, needs a bit more hoisin sauce to balance it and darken the sauce. The Bun Bo Hue was good, better than the Pho. The staff was very friendly, this is a big plus.

We found this place accidentally when we were refused to be served at K-Tofu place nearby (see my review on that place). We had to-go fresh spring rolls, vermicelli noodles with BBQ chicken and BBQ pork. Both were very good but the spring rolls were a bit bland. It may be something to do with eating out of Styrofoam containers... Staff were very friendly and courteous. I recommend this place.

I'd see myself as normal now. A bowl of warm Pho is always my to go, but I tried many other dishes. Nothing really disappointed me. The only reason I give four stars is the cleanliness of the dishes that sometimes bothers me.

Eat quickly delivered hot. Waitstaff (our waiter seemed grumpy) but other servers were fine.
