1 First waiter sat my party of 3 at a table, then proceeded to wipe it with tissue and water while we awkwardly watched. It was a Thursday noon, so the place was mostly empty but hey, things happen, no big deal.2 Another waiter stocky build, short curly dark hair had an attitude towards us for absolutely no reason. Snatched the menus from my hand, gave 3 pairs of pre-packaged chopsticks one of mine had molds but not his fault but 2 spoons ??? , and completely ignored us when we said thanks on our way out. The whole interaction with him was so ridiculous we just laughed to ourselves.3 Food itself was okay but too greasy for my liking everything is generally on the pricier side $100 for 3 soups, 1 vermicelli, 1 sandwich, tips+tax included .4 Plenty of parking, 5/5.5 Friendly tip to management: teach these young kids basic CS skills. Their inability to control their own emotions should not affect the people keeping your business afloat. Or I don't know, maybe hire more competent people to represent your establishment.6 Would I go back? Yes, but only if I was having a bad day and wanted to really feel bad about myself.
We had dinner tonight. Food was good but server were rude. We let them know that we don’t eat pork and answer was they don’t have pork. Then brought us spring roll with pork. We asked to substitute with something else. They replied just don’t eat it !! Why we have to skip rolls which we already paid for it !! We wanted to have extra jalapeños but they never checked us.
As you walk in, you can smell the broth and basils. Really can't go wrong eating here. Staff aprons can be cleaner is my only complaints. Parking lot can be tight on space.
Always come here for Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Noodle Soup). And recently tried the dessert Chè Ba Màu (Vietnamese Rainbow Ice); was so good. Food is on point
