We try every now and then steak houses but in most cases we get disappointed. In this case however we were pleased to find out that some places know how to prepare a steak. Located in the city center of Dortmund you will probably face...difficulties to find a parking space. However the steak house is so intensively decorated that you cannot miss. The menu has everything you need, either more or less. We order two steaks (John Wayne cut and a Filet) medium and they came perfectly medium prepared. Everything tasted good and the prices are fair. Service very polite and helpful. We will come again for sure.

If you search for an old fashioned German restaurant you are quite right here. Wonderful interior, lots to see. The service is very polite though it was quite busy. So better reserve! The steaks sounded better than they were. One can also eat fish or...vegatarian food as well.

everything we ate was delicious. for starter snails there was in butter dressing and it was great, but above all the inserts omg one of the best I have ever eaten there, where like turf m’ turf of parks and reckoning big service and delicious eating

Had some great food when here and was very lucky to have found a spot as it was very busy. Great location at the end of Dortmund's High Street.

Great German old stile restaurant , perfect steak and good beer. Quick and good service. Recomend the steak.
