Absolute joke of a place, ordered a family pizza meal deal, 14inch pizza with peperoni and sweetcorn, 10inch garlic bread with cheese, chips and onion rings, we got a 14inch pizza with ham, spicy chicken, Donna meat, green peppers and mushrooms, 10 inch cheese and tomato pizza, and 2 portions of chips 1 had cheese on. I rang to let them know and I was told my correct order would be delivered shortly and that I could keep the other pizzas etc, an hour went by so rang them back and got abuse from the **** at the other end saying it won't be delivered tonight as they we're too busy and I would receive a free 14 inch pizza next time I ordered, I explained to him that it wasn't good enough as I had a 5 and 6 year old that were tired and hungry as it was 8pm and a13 year old that won't eat alot of things on the pizza they sent. Ordered kebab deal for 2 for delivery, I live 5 mins away by car. All food was cold... kebab came on pitta when specifically asked if they had naan and was assured it would be. I was a regular customer for a long time... i grew up ordering from here but this is the Last time I will be ordering. The past 3 or 4 times the food has been cold or late or both. I ordered a Doner meat and chips.... Upon arrival the meat was hard and dry. The chips weren't great either....I was therefore unable to eat this food... I rang up to complain and was not offered a replacement or anything ... I was left feeling very disappointed with the service... No wonder it's called Peter Pans ...
