Last Thursday my wife and I were up in Pilot Point and decided to try some place new. The first place didn't seem to exist. As we were driving back out of town we stumbled on Pedro's Tex-Mex and decided to try it. What a treasure! The black bean dip is fantastic, the food was absolutely excellent. We both cleaned our plates completely. Heading back this weekend with good friends who enjoy great food.
Second visit here and this is by far the best Tex sex I have experienced. Cilantro is excellent. The meat Al Carbon and Chili relleno used in Tacos is extremely moist and delicate. No reason beef in these Rellenos. I can't go back to Villa Grande because they changed their recipes and started with Lowery's Seasoned Salt, which I can't stand. Five stars for Pedro's!
...I loved everything about my experience there. It was our first time. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was amazing. The servers were friendly and on top of all of our needs. The chef even came out and made sure that everything was cooked right and to our satisfaction. Thank you all for such a nice evening! We will most definitely be back!
