The food at this restaurant is excellent. The sauce is well seasoned and the crust is perfect. The cheese adds just the right amount of flavor. The fries are consistently cooked perfectly. The delivery is extremely fast. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. Many of them are likely from people who only leave feedback when they have something to complain about. There are few positive reviews because most customers enjoy the food and don't feel the need to criticize. However, the spaghetti is not as good. It is often cold and soggy, although occasionally it is well-prepared.
I can't understand why someone would give a bad review... Pasta Via is my way to get out and delivery in Conshocken. The food is fantastic and I don't think I ever had a bad meal. You also have free delivery and keep my card on file so very convenient. I had only a few problems (in recent years) with a mistake in delivery and they were all immediately resolved with a phone call. I also used them for catering business lunch with great results. Very recommend the pasta dishes, sandwiches and wraps. And the papa's stripes of fire!
Ordered delivery tonight and the chicken salt imbocca was fantastic. The part was very big and I could only finish half of it. I just wish I had eaten in the restaurant instead of getting it delivered, because it might have been a bit warmer... that delivered a bottom of the food, which had nothing to do with the restaurant. The delivery came as promised and indeed a little earlier than expected. The garlic roll was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Don?t ever try to waste your time from this restaurant customer service is pour it took three hours to get my food and if get frozen cold and my order was wrong. Order at 5:20 pm not get order until 7 got it grounded and not get new food until 9 pm
