I am here with my daughter and three grandchildren at an early lunchtime when I visited the opposite after I had not found an empty table in one of the other caffes in newtown, and we were very satisfied that we did. the staff was very friendly and very helpful (especially with regard to the various idiosyncratic needs of small children, and eating was delicious and plentiful. the personal even gave us container to take away what the children did not make to eat (we were warned that they probably did not manage all the food we had ordered in one step: I would definitely recommend it, and will go back there when we are in newtown and need a lunch break.
what a sound. the complete English breakfast ordered. wow, it was exactly what I needed. beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and served with a smile. highly recommended, I'm back in a definitiw.
wonderful. here for lunch on a long trip back from south wales. to stop in newtown probably a bad idea! but duo is more than created for it. the best welsh rarebit ever.
