Papi's Cuban Caribbean Grill

I couldn't be more satisfied to finally pay a visit to Papi's. For too many years I have gone without good Cuban Carib food, in ATL. This place is not really close to me, but the trip is well worth it. My family and I will be back. Two of my main barometers for delicious Cuban cuisine starts with the simple tostones and the palomilla steak. In this case, both were really tasty. The flan is also very nice. It is so refreshing to have a well run Caribbean restaurant. The Atlanta metro area has been devoid of a decent restaurant like this for decades, imho. If you haven't tried Papi's, do yourself a favor. If you know legit Cuban food, you will like this place.

Delicious food, the empanadas were awesome, both chicken and beef. They have acrylic in between the booths to allow for better social distancing while you're there eating, that was what helped us decide to stay and made us feel more comfortable about dining in. The service was really good and fast in spite of being short on staff.

Love to eat in Papi's. The food is fantastic, the service is fast and the prices are great. Was never disappointed in several of its sites and food and service. We like to eat at Papi's for lunch and dinner. The food is spicy and tasteful, but not so sharp that you are too careful about what you are trying!

The service is therefore great, as is the overall ambience/recognization. But the food itself does not have much taste. When you look at the menu, it feels very reminiscent of any other chain restaurant. No very personal feeling and food is fine.

Restaurant got remodeled and also got new staffed, young crow but food was great.
