Pre ordered and restaurant took a deposit from us two days before. It took mins for us to get a drink, then mins for popadoms. We couldn’t finish popadoms because starters came out mins later. Starters came out cold. Had to keep...reminding manager for our drinks. He took them mins after sitting down and arrived late and wrong. Really upset with the service we received. Manager was rude. Restaurant wasn’t even busy and yet we received poor service . We were asked to pre order for a reason. Yet the manager asked me to right down what we wanted. I never leave reviews, but after the service last night thought it was It was only right to. Ruined our Christmas party meal.
We went out for an evening family meal on New Years Eve. Service was appalling, they paid more attention to the takeout customers and Deliveroo. Other table’s food arrived before ours even though they were seated afterwards. The food was cold and covered in grease...as per attached photo. It did not taste good, in fact the worst we have ever had. Some of the items that we ordered did not arrive. They did not bring our drinks or starters for an hour after we arrived, It was over priced and terrible quality. Will never ever return and I would suggest to all not to waste you money on this restaurant.
We visited with our families. The place was buzzing and the kebabs were mouth watering. Not to mention the staff were courteous and so helpful. My wife accidentally broke a glass but the staff comforted us and told us not to worry about it. They...even served a complimentary drink. The food was mouth watering and the kebab platter was just fabulous. We would visit this place once again.
as a local i found this fantastic restaurant by mistake , have been visiting as much as possible over the last years covid being the reason i couldnt of more great family restaurant , great staff who are really friendly ,top notch...service and the food is out of this world !!
