*lage 2725 n main st, rockford, il, 61103 I have the special salat with garlic bread. I went to eat and realized that the salad had no suits. that was my first time that I ordered from them to eat, so I called immediately and asked if the dressing suspected to be on the salat or the side. the young lady said the side. I told her I didn't have one. Before I can say something else she said, we can't give them any other salate. Why, when I call, you tell me immediately what you won't do without apologising for your mistake. When I called her for her rudeness, she was hanging on me. I called back and asked for a manager because I wanted to get a refund on this point, based on the fact that I don't get what I paid and the rude. the manager (kala) informed me that she will not give me any refund and I was was wasting her time. she went on to say I was rude, she had other customers to visit and hanged on me. I don't think I was a worthy figure of tendencies. I was never once rude to anyone, not even to raise my voice. long story short with the police at my side. Yeah, I called her! I got my money back. they had the boldness to say that I am no longer welcome. I guess if they screw up their order, they're not welcome back! think. btw a simple righteous apology could go a long way and why should I ever want to come back?
the quality of the food is on the hill. snapsmeat on Italian slammer! the sausage on the paniza was disgusting looking, orange colored?
