Unfortunately it was served by the Schneckenlätscharium. It's a shame, you were much friendlier. No smile was given to me. When I said I would drink here, I was asked 4 times within 2 minutes if I would take it with me. I had to wait at least 3 minutes beforehand, even though only 2 customers next to me wanted to order and 4 people were working. Please change that again, otherwise you will lose me.
Today we were at Panetarium Wil and ordered two latte macchiatos. When we paid we thought we were in Zurich. Calling up a latte macchiato for Fr. 6.60 with self-service in Wil is incomprehensible to us. We will now do what we can. Don't consider this restaurant anymore and pass on our experience by word of mouth.
Very bad bread, unfriendly service... every supermarket has better baked goods
As a guest I have to pay one franc to use the toilet I think that's very bad
