TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE STAFF AND SUPERVISORS I used to visit this place often, but not anymore. it used to be a really nice place for relaxing and studying while you were eating your food, but now when you 're there, you can hearconversations and very personal and embarrassing stories from the kitchen that nobody wants to hear while you 're eating. Someemployees are unfriendly, some cashiers have a very bad attitude with customers, they need more training, and when you try tolet the supervisor knows about it, they don 't want to pay attention to you, SUPERVISORS DON 'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OPINNIONS,especially the supervisor during the night hours, He tries to listen to you, while he 's laughing about you with the cashiersnext to him. VERY RUDE STAFF
the service here is always great, but I have recently interacted with sam samantha at two separate locations and their energy and attitude is so great. she makes the experience all the more great! she is friendly, helpful and only a refreshing person that she does not always experience in customer service. again thanks to the fact that sam and panera have a great coworker as they have.
I go to "healthy fast food" restaurant. I always command and just come in and pick it up. it was always punctual, I only had a problem when the system was, except that it was always smooth. no problems with eating ever! parking here is always annoying, but I can still find. overall great staff and they are really nice! the delivery is always smooth!
