Panera Bread - Table reservation

I like to pretend I'm a judge at the master chef. I went crazy and got the two most unhealthy meals: Mac and cheese and grilled cheese. Never had in Panera. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the taste of Mac and cheese. Several cheeses used and pasta was not boiled over. However, I expected more of the grilled cheese. The bread was too airy and the cheese... Americans? Panera put American cheese in their grilled cheese?! I couldn't finish it. American cheese is not a real cheese. I just expected a more refined grilled cheese from Panera. Nevertheless, much love for Panera.

What a great panera. The girl in the register is so warm and friendly. I told the manager so much. He was also very pleasant. Never had a hard time over my “bearded face” or my children at every visit. Very well managed. Tons of Regulars say hello to the staff and visa vice versa with name. I never saw that in COMMACK. I'm going out of the way.

My lunch was greeted by Shanea, who was very helpful and friendly. She took her time to help every customer with their order. I also took time to get my points and let me know that I had a free pastry. She was very knowledgeable and didn't really appreciate anyone. A true example of excellent customer service, thanks Shanea!

I visited this Paner today.i had the Fuji apple salad and was very pleased with the quality. I want to thank the cashiers who took time to check several gift cards. My cashiers name was Laura and there was another young lady working with her. Their patience was very appreciated.
