Upper management please read ... Sat night the 11th of nov I was in late to pick up some food The manager lady who was working last night was absolutely the nicest I have ever encountered at any food place She was happy, kind and helpful getting some stuff i needed . I even said I wish everyone was in a good mood like you are Food was really good again but I want this known and it's fair to leave a good compliment for someone like her I didn't get her name but I will next time I'm in thanks Good for her and please people remember a lot of places are still short staffed I realized this 2 years ago so I learned a lesson I can't cook so I am so thankful always people are still out working at restaurants especially fast casual thank you again
I come to coffee twice a day and sometimes to Bagel. Since almost all employees know me by name, I can say in the local. Clean business with helpful staff. No complaints except prices. Everything except coffee and bagels is just too much for me. But that's Panera. They pay for the quality of food and the atmosphere. Pleasant experience every time, keep it up.
This place is always goodI don't go extremely often, but whenever I do the staff is attentive, the service fast, and the food is hot and fresh.
Order the bread bowl with cheddar broccoli and honestly I think they gave me 4 spoons of soup.
