the dame called feng l who works on this place is terrible! her customer service is terrible. I usually get a bowl. she said they didn't make dishes! well, so I ordered a plate. the soda machine is broken. but they have coke bottles behind which I asked for one and one cup of ice. she insulted me with a small clear cup of ice, I bought a drink, it's not my fault her machine is down. So I asked for a big cup of ice and I paid $2,10 for a big cup of ice and paid for the bottle of coks and she gave me a medium size cup! and I told her why give me a size I didn't pay. the lack of healthy human understanding that this lady has is wowed! eating was okay! but it is not good to deal with people like her!
do you want to have a quick lunch? are you not going to pay so much? do you want to see what you want to eat? this place is fast, clean and they get what they see. I tried her bowl for 8.00 dollars, which is super cheap for miami and definitiw enough for a lunch break. I choose her chicken pao with one side of her nails. I wasn't a fan tbh, from her version of the kung pao, it was so embarrassing, and the other elements of the taste (sweet, fruits etc.) just didn't come through for me. but I would come back, but try something else.
Aweful service those serving the food talk so fast you can't tell them what you want! Rude as well. Not going to this one anymore I will go somewhere else. Terrible service! You don't want to work don't, you want to speak so fast with an accent which doesn't help go right ahead but you won't get my money or recommendation for anyone else. these are trying times people need to have some kindness and patience. I literally had better service when I was in China!
The food was hot and fresh. Restaurant had a well maintained facility. The staff is very friendly. Go on!
