a successful adventsbrunch with the family. who wants to enjoy himself and his loved ones in the pre-Christmas period is well-resolved in the palm-garden.The personal is consistently polite and helpful. used crockery is immediately removed and it is always someone close to wish and to receive further orders.The offered diners are high quality and diverse. the breakfast buffet includes, in addition to the usual bread and slices, various salads, fish, wings and fruits. the main dishes offer for many tastes something and also as vegetarian one does not go hungry to home. the offered roasts (rind, pork crust and gans) are all delicate and very tasty.The dessert selection impresses with its variety and is always matched to the season. all in all: absolutely worth it
at the time of the award, michael dyllong was the youngest star chef in Germany. both the star and the 15 hoods in the gault milleau (more than 1-2 too little) are justified. the ambiente, the service and also the kitchen of course are top-class, the wine selection is incredibly good and the creativity of the kitchen team is almost limitless. the prices are uplifted but the quality is appropriate and after theremund with david kikillus unfortunately lost the 2nd star carrier, we hope that michael dyllong will be preserved for a long time.
we had a table reserved for 4 people and were kindly welcomed. the menu card was explained to us and we were able to exchange between the menus offered. the foods were excellent and also the small things offered by the kitchen have found our attention. also the wine card made an exquisite and appropriate imprint for the offered food. thanks for a very nice (lecker) evening. the prices are quite human in comparison with other star restaurants at this level.
