This place was awesome when we stepped in. The place has a cute urban look. It's pretty intimate and cost space to dine at. For all you students out there this is a great place for a cheap feed. Rangeing around 14$ for curry. The customer service is your traditional Thailand hospitality, the staff are nice and smiling and take care of you :) the waitress really felt like an auntie to me personally. Making sure I'm eating properly. They even gave us an extra moneybag because one of them had broken open in the fryer how sweet !!!!!The food was alright I guess. Nice presentation and it's your ordinary thai food nothing special really just the usual. The Thai fried rice doesn't have as many vegetables and variety as I thought it would and the rice was mushy which I love personally but it's not a favourite among others. The salt and pepper soft shell crab please avoid, it's probably frozen and it's grainy on the inside, but the batter is crunchy which is a plus and the shell was really soft so it was easy to eat. The curries were delicious but weren't that spicy which I expected. The Thai ice milk tea is the usual taste nothing special.Overall im not really keen on coming back but yeah check it out if you are in Castle towers and looking for a cheap feed.

If there is one business I love to support, it is Pa-Nang Thai Restaurant in the heart of Castle Hill, on Old Northern Rd just a few doors down from Dan Murphy's. They never get the packed crowds like Kinn Thai Dining down at the Piazza, however if it's good and hearty Thai food you're after along with a welcoming smile, Pa-Nang Thai is your place!Their menu boasts all the traditional Thai dishes one can expect, but the best part is the price! If you're on a budget, this is the best Thai restaurant in town. For entrees, my wife and I can't get enough of their curry puffs and money bags... Simply delicious. I sometimes will get the Tom Kha Gai (chicken coconut soup) on cooler days, which is much better than some of the other Thai places in town. For mains, they have an extensive list of Thai fried rices, noodles, curries, and stir-fries. Two of our favourites are the Massaman Curry with Beef, and the Pa-Nang Curry, which never disappoint regardless how many times I've ordered it. Their chicken fried rice is one dish we always order for takeaway (along with the leftovers we couldn't eat), that we have for our lunches the following day. We always have smiles on our faces after leaving here. It's well worth a visit!

We have been eating at this place for years. The owners allow you to walk through the kitchen from the car park, and you are able to see the food being prepared. It's only a small space so it's best to book. They also do a roaring take away trade. The last time we went we again pre-ordered the Crispy Whole Fish with Spicy Thai sauce. It's wise to pre-order so you don't miss out as it is sensational. It's a good size and for market price ( $38 in March 2015) it is very good value. We also love the chilli basil and cashew nut stir fry sauces, you just mix and match their different sauces with your choice of meat or seafood. Their curries are also very good. Price for five people ordering 3 stir fry dishes, one curry and the whole fish with steamed rice was $117 in March 2015. It is BYO with a Dan Murphys store next door. The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. It's a winner.

Went here on a Friday night with a couple of friends. Really enjoyed all our food choices with highly efficient service and very friendly wait staff.Water was at the table as soon as your sat down and once we advised we had our own BYO wine glasses were brought to the table very quickly. Note there is a Dan Murphy Bottle shop just up the road if you didn't bring any wine and wanted some to drink. The prices were really good for 4 Entrees and 4 mains plus rice at just under $30:00 P/P . There is free parking at the rear of the premises so not far to walk.I would recommend this restaurants to other trip advisor members if in the area.It might be a good idea to book on Saturday night because it could get busy.PS they also have Take-away if you want too.
