I rarely write google reviews, but for the oyster lodge I have to make an exception.In the small tranquil bad vilbel is located with the oyster lodge one of the best sushi restaurants in Europe. with sushi and omakase experience in tokio, singapur, new york, amsterdam, london, washington dc, etc. I have already experienced many highlights in the sushi area and can say: the oyster lodge must not hide from any competition. the obzessive care of the sushi master jay lee is drawn through the whole concept. the suppliers selected after a long taste supply freshest fish and seafood from all over Europe. O-Toro, Chu-Toro, yellowtail, akami, fresh uni, lively lobster are just some of the highlights of the ever changing menu.You could still write for a long time about the most elaborate preparation of each as smallest details (self-brown sojasoße, fresh washabi rubbed on the traditional shark skin board etc. but the most important thing is at the end of the result: every nigirie it tastes me unforgettable we are now regularly coming out of köln (where in köln and düsseldorf there are also very good sushi.) because we are of the view: in Germany there is currently no better sushi master than jay lee.
