This review is a little mixed and it is intended to be constructive as well as informative for future clientele. We went with high expectations and left somewhat disappointed. All establishments have their good days and off days. The restaurant itself is extremely white and...bright, not really conducive for a relaxing meal (in my opinion). It's winter time and there was nowhere to hang your coats except on the back of the chair and then they dragged on the floor. Our welcome was fine. There is a fairly comprehensive Wine Menu, competitively priced, but at no point were we offered water, a touch that sorts the good from the bad. The produce is clearly top quality and cooked very well indeed. Scallops, very popular at present, were well presented. However, unusually the Roe was left on. Whilst I have no problem, many will be thrown by it, therefore beware. The puree was silky smooth, but was extremely lacking in flavour or any seasoning. The meats were also very, very well cooked, but again they severely lacked seasoning, whilst the vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. Opted for the West Country Cheese board which whilst a lovely selection, they were way too cold. They really do need to be served at room temperature to appreciate their quality. A pleasant restaurant, but sketchy service, all a little rushed, lacking in finesse, love and that attention to detail for the prices charged.

We always come here at the weekend for a fresh pizza, its hard to beat there prices plus its not a bad pie at all! 15 mins to make and cook the pizza right
Sbarro doesn't make my favorite pizza but they sure do make the best way for me to feed my family of 4 a quick and affordable supper in an otherwise
